Clarion Hotel Jackson Northwest

We stayed at this property last weekend. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I was there with my family including my 2 year old. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and SO SPACIOUS, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything. Everything was taken care of, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. 5/5, simply outstanding. P.S. looks like they are renovating so it can only get better from here! I’ll be back Clarion!

As a Choice Hotels Diamond member, we try to utilize the brand. This Clarion has untapped potential. I also understand that it is under new management, and I am hopeful it can get the polished look necessary to make it our Jackson go-to. Positive experience at check-in with the young man ( night auditor). Bed was comfortable enough. Pillows were plentiful and very nice. After we checked out, I realized I had forgotten a ring. I called immediately. The front desk person agreed to go look, but she did not see it. I asked if the room had been cleaned and could they wait and let us come back and look. We did, and while I expected it to be gone, I did find it under the nightstand. Thank you for cooperating with this. Opportunities are : better towels. We had exactly two, and they were thread bare. There were stains on the top sheet/ duvet cover. The king suite ( 414) did not have a waste basket. The drapes and blackout blinds did not " meet," which allowed a lot of light from the atrium area. The room had an overwhelming air freshener scent. Our late check was not communicated, so we were awakened to a staff member banging on the door. Place some lush plants/ greenery in the atrium. All things considered, our needs were met, but the owner should address these small issues while they are still manageable.

Great stay at Clarion Hotel– excellent service and atmosphere. Stacha was absolutely amazing during my stay in more ways than 9ne. She was so friendly and very professional and there for our every need!

I had no problem with the room or service when I checked in. Upon checkout is a different story. I went down to check out at approximately 6:00 a.m. I could not see anyone at the desk but I looked behind the computer monitor and the clerk was slumped down & sound asleep. I said HELLO 4 times, no response then rapped on the counter 4 times before there was any movement. He just looked at me. I let him know I was checking out. He attempted to sign into the computer & said he couldn’t get him. I waited & he finally signed onto the computer & checked me out. This is awful PR for your company!

Nice place to stay with family larger rooms for bigger groups . Owner is nice people and so is the staff had to stay here due to renovations on my house was a pleasant stay .

The customer service has been amazing.. The staff has been super helpful. Bryan has been one of a kind he took me to several different rooms to show me exactly what I was renting. I will 100% be back. Thanks y'all!!!

I had a great experience at Clarion Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and very informative. Mrs. Melissa that checked us in was awesome. She recommended the old town spaghetti store and it was amazing! The pool was nice and clean, our rooms were amazing and very clean, bed was so comfortable. , bathroom was nice and clean, the shower was great. Breakfast was awesome with a great variety of food and juices along with coffee. Everything was great. When coming thru next time I will stay here. I recommend this hotel. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Mrs Melissa

Everything was nice there. Didn't like how strange people was just walking through the parking lot as if they were looking for a car to break in.
